01 / MASS
Every modeled ingredient is calculated from its stored baker's percentage. The display rounds only once, after the exact mass is known.
Display rounding changes the shown mass only. Pan, heat, time, proofing and doneness remain outside this calculation.

02 / PARENT
A saved revision keeps its own title, note, changed percentage and parent ID. Reopening it never rewrites the starting formula.
Water moved. Salt, yeast and the flour basis did not.

03 / FIXED NOTES
Gramfold does not silently convert volume to mass.
A larger or smaller mass does not choose a pan or divide a yield for you.
Open the complete source recipe and use your oven, pan and doneness judgment.
Choose 0.1 g or 1 g display rounding without feeding rounded values into the next result.

LOCAL RETURN
Reopen the exact formula, target mass, revision and comparison after the app is interrupted.

04 / SOURCE FOLD
Formula records link to their publisher. FDA raw-flour guidance is linked beside the safety note. Gramfold is independent and is not affiliated with FDA or any recipe publisher.

Return to the same leaf
Bundled formula studies and saved revisions stay close to the flour line. Optional source links hand off to your browser when you choose them.
